Default Kat Manton's 405 line system converter.

What became of this promising project?

There was lively discussion here in 2006, then, as far as I can see, nothing more.
Did anyone put one together?

More to the point, what became of Kat herself has anyone heard from her?

Kat last visited the forum in June 2014 and last posted in Feb 2013. We have tried to contact her on a couple of occasions since but nobody has heard anything. Googling her name doesn't show anything recent.

If anyone knows any more please let us know.

Kat last updated her entry on qrz.com (amateur radio database) on 16th July 2015, her full address is not given just 'Leeds, West Yorkshire'.
There is an email address but as none is listed in her profile on here I cannot be certain if it is the one used for this forum but the domain name is still current and was last renewed in November 2015, her address is withheld on the whois database.

I feel certain she is fine, just moved on from here.

I seem to remember that she was also involved in car restoration (Vauxhall?).
Perhaps she has been seen more recently in those circles?

If you PM me the email address from qrz.com, or her callsign. I'll see if it matches her forum email address. I won't reveal the result here though.

I have been sent the email address by PM and it is the same as the one she used here. We have tried contacting her via that a while ago but had no response (although the emails didn't bounce).
