BVWS Calendar Dates for 2015 - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Hi All,

Ahead of the BVWS Autumn Bulletin which is about to go off to the printers. Here is some advance warning of the (mostly already published on this forum) dates for 2015.

8th February AudioJumble

1st March Harpenden

12th April Golborne

10th May NVCF

6th June BVWS Garden Party

5th July Royal Wootton Bassett

2nd August Punnetts Town

13th September Murphy Day

27th September Harpenden

4th October AudioJumble

1st November Golborne (changed from 8th due to Remembrance Day)

6th December Royal Wootton Bassett

The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that there is NO SUMMER HARPENDEN.

The BVWS has decided not to continue the Summer Harpenden event due to poor attendance.
For some years this particular event has seen much fewer stallholders and visitor, where the Spring and Autumn events are always busy and well attended.
It was thought that the event is too close to the NVCF and Royal Wootton Bassett.

The Date for the BVWS Garden Party at the Museum has yet to be agreed, but I suspect it will be on the 6th June.

I have now added these dates to the BVWS website and the forum calendar. Looks like a good line-up - something every month apart from January!

Hi All,

Following on from the previous notice of BVWS dates for 2015 I can now confirm that the date of the BVWS Garden Party at the British Vintage Wireless and Television Museum will be Saturday the 6th of June.
