Drive belts for older Garrard turntables
Many of you will know that the older Garrard turntables used two small rubber belts between the motor shaft and the metal pulleys.
These are of course unobtainable from Garrard but a similar arrangement is used in early Perpetuum Ebner decks and belts for these are available from Germany. They fit the Garrards nicely Just go to Ebay, type in Perpetuum Ebner in search bar and include the European Union. You'll find them there. The seller is revox_de |

Re: Drive belts for older Garrard turntables
Hi,
I found that two slices of innertube designed for a racing pushbike work pretty well on my RC80M. It cost me a euro and will supply hundreds of 'slices'! Cheers, Pete.

Slices from the fingers of heavy-duty rubber gardening gloves work well, too.
