Default Marine Satellite Pedestal Parts?

can anyone shed any light on this mystery component which was removed from a (marine) JRC VSAT stabilised pedestal.... I have 3 of them.
the component labelled "SINGLE AXIS VSG" is .... a rate gyro, looks like a far eastern copy of a BAE part. unfortunately cannot get the data sheet for it easily.
the other component labelled SCL-30A3J appears to be associated with the VSG parts, and must be some kind of sensor but I would like to know what.

someone familiar with these marine vsats might know.....?
