Default Radiophile magazine

Has anyone received the Spring issue (no. 125) yet?

Thanks

Greg

Not as yet, Greg (Monday 16th April). I guess it will appear soon. Just for info, for anyone who can make it: the Cowbit Spring meeting is scheduled for Sunday 29th April. I hope to be there - any forum members attending, please identify yourselves! A good opportunity for a natter about things in general.

Thanks for that Tony. I'm sure my subscription isn't up until the next issue, wouldn't want to have missed it!

Yes thanks for that confirmation Tony.

I subscribed to Radiophile for the first time this year and have so far only received the Christmas 2011 issue. I was also wondering if the Spring issue had been sent out yet.

Initially I had assumed it would roughly be in line with the delivery of the BVWS Bulletin which arrived at the end of February, but obviously not.

Regards

Chas has a packed timetable of sales events and other related tasks. He works very hard but almost single-handedly writing, editing and preparing the copy for publication is a long and rather involved process so at times the magazine has to wait a little while before publication.
I feel sure it will arrive soon. I'll post again when my copy turns up.

Understood Tony, I realise of course thar Chas does the majority of work himself regarding the magazine.

My previous post wasn't a moan or anything, far from it, rather I just don't know the approximate dates when the magazine is likely to arrive with this year being my first subscription.

Thanks again!

Best regards

I didn't think you were moaning. In any case, its allowed and I think a good moan is always useful, Robert - but then, my wife compares me to Victor Meldrew a little too often for my peace of mind!
With regard to Radiophile delivery dates, I suspect that 'approximately' doesn't come near to the wayward schedules! Fingers crossed that the Spring magazine arrives before the Cowbit event.
