Default Power Supplies for sale for charity

I am trying to move on the last pile of things I was given to sell for charity (Christian Aid as usual) when our lab moved a while ago. So here are some regulated power supplies. When my daughter comes home (she of the smart phone) I'll add some pictures.

1&2: Farnell E30/1 0-15v 1A or 0-30v 0.5A. I have two of these. £10 each

3: Farnell E30/2 0-15v 2A or 0-30v 1A. £12

4: Farnell D30/2 0-30v 2A LED meter. £15

5: ISOtech IPS302A 0-30v 2A analogue meters £15

6: Farnell C2 30v 2A analogue meters £15

7: Weir 'majoreg' 60v 1A £15

That's it for now -there will be a few more to come. Collect from S-central Manchester or I will post at cost using your choice of courier - I have saved loads of cardboard.

Edit - one more.

8: Marconi 6590B. I *think* this is a specific power supply for a microwave source, and is unlikely to be of much interest - but it has a nice case for which a new front panel would be easy to make! £5

cheers
Mark

OK, 3&4 spoken for, I will make up some parcels. I have a family bereavement to attend to at the back end of this week so it might be the weekend - sorry for the delay.

Edit to add - No.3 seems to work but coarse voltage adjust is very stiff. Peter, are you OK with that?

Mike - on closer inspection No.6 seems to have issues - current control light comes on despite no load attached. I will happily supply for post only if you fancy a dig into it, or swap to number 5 which does the same thing and seems to work?

Hi Mark

Happy to take No5 in place of No 6 but as I used one of these Farnell's for a long time happy to make a donation and pay the extra postage for the Farnell as well I would hate to see it dumped

Cheers

Mike - great, I'll send you the Farnell and the ISOtech, and when you get them you can see how much of a pig in a poke the former is.

Peter, great, it is reserved for you.

So - can everyone send me your addresses by PM and I'll start making some parcels up, probably to send at the weekend as there is some family stuff going on at the end of this week. I'll reply by PM with total amounts to send by Paypal friends-and-family please, unless we need to find some other way (cheques by post to Christian Aid are fine, of course; I understand why that forum rule is there).

I think this means just the Weir PSU and the Marconi mystery box are left from this bunch.

Thanks very much everyone.
Mark

I would be interested in No 7 (the Weir 0-60v) if still available

The MI 6590 was used to power gunn diodes. It is a normal 0-25V @ 250mA supply, just has a BNC output connector. Spec from old catalog says
"Specially designed for use with the MI Sanders Gunn Diode Oscillator 6061A. The power unit develops a maximum of 250mA and is variable up to 25V. Internal square wave modulation can be applied at a 1kHz nominal repetition frequency".
The 6061 was the cube shaped box with a micrometer head on top.

Thanks on both counts Alan! So count the Weir as yours - and thanks for your address details (likewise thanks Philip, Peter, Mike and Shaun - I got your messages). And the Marconi - hmm, 25v at 250mA...well, it does have a nice case Anyone?!

If item 8 is still available I'd like to put in for it. I would require it posting. PM to follow.
Kind regards

OK Jack, that's yours. If we can leave this thread open for a little while, in case there is any problem with getting the stuff sent off - but I think at this point all the PSUs are spoken for.
cheers

To make it easier for me to keep you posted (9:30ish Tue night):

Many thanks for payment incl. postage to Shaun, Mike and Alan. I'll try to get your parcels in the post tomorrow and let you know here when they go.

Everyone else - it might be Sat before I can post yours, but let's see!
cheers

Can you please confirm what is still available. I'm interested in getting a low voltage one, not fussed whether analogue or digital meters.

Hi Paul - all are gone from this offer, but I have one or two more in storage which I have not got to yet. So perhaps I can send you a PM when I dig down that far?
Thanks
Mark
