Martindale EZ150/650 Recall
Do you have a Martindale EZ150 or 650 socket tester in your tool box? If so, please look at: http://martindale-electric.co.uk/imp...ers-a-106.html urgently.
Mine is many years old, and so I queried it with them as to whether such an old unit is covered. Yes, they have sent me a freepost lable to return it for replacement with a new unit. That is looking after electrical safety at the highest level in my book. Kevin |

Re: Martindale EZ150/650 Recall
No idea at all.
As I said, it is so old, I cannot even remeber which company I bought it from, which is why I queried it with them. In ttheir own words "Martindale Electric has identified a potential failure mode of the yellow EZ150 / EZ650 advanced socket testers which could create a hazardous situation. " Electrical safety is always the zeroeth priority, and if a company are offering to replace such an old item, it must be something serious. Kevin |
