Default Could not leave this cheapo behind

Found this Dakin record player at a boot sale for £3. Consist Record deck,CD,cassette player.
The volume control was totally shot away. Carefully took volume control apart and cleaned and retention wipers ( very fiddly job) and it now works with no cracking what so ever. For what it is it sounds quite good. Notice it uses one small 8 pin output chip to drive both speakers
