Marconi TF868B Univeral Bridge
I have just recently acquired one of these beasts, but the meter needle flickers randomly regardless of control positions, so I will have to open it up out of necessity rather than mere curiosity.
Does any member have a manual and/or circuit diagram that they would be willing to either scan, copy, loan, or sell? I will be at Wootton Bassett on Sunday (2nd July 2006), which may be a useful contact point. |

Re: Marconi TF868B Univeral Bridge
I recently uploaded a copy/scan of the manual for the TF868B to Bama ( http://bama.sbc.edu/marconi.htm ) if you have trouble downloading from the main BAMA Site try the mirror site which is less busy ( http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/ ) or failing that send me a message directly with your Email address etc and I will email it to you.

Re: Marconi TF868B Univeral Bridge
Richard,
Thank you for the prompt and helpful reply. The pdf contains exactly what I needed. You must have uploaded the it just after I last looked at the BAMA index. I have taken the liberty of splicing the two halves of the circuit diagram into one for printing on A4 paper, and have attached a copy here in case it is helpful to you or any other forum member. Many thanks. |

Re: Marconi TF868B Univeral Bridge
Hi Igranic,
I have an original manual for one of these which I can scan & get to you somehow. The circuit seems to use different, & older valves than yours but does include a parts list. PM me if you would like a copy. PS I've just seen that mine is a TF868 not a suffix B. You're still welcome if its of any use. Joe |

Igranic
Sorry for the delay but hopefully I've done it. The original was on A3 so I'm afraid you'll need origami & sellotape. Joe |
