Default Re: Building an oscilloscope at home

The progress Miguel has made in seeing this project through to a successful conclusion is amazing, given that he doesn't have a ready source of components, and the circumstances in which he has to work are far from satisfactory – elsewhere he mentioned that he doesn’t have a workshop – just a small bench in his bedroom. It just goes to show what can be achieved with enthusiasm, commitment and a ‘can-do’ outlook on life. I don't think many people would say to themselves: "I don't have a workshop, I can't easily get hold of components, I know what I'll do - I'll design and build an oscilloscope – why not?"! But he did, and the results are clear for all to see. He started the project in March 2012 and saw it through to a successful conclusion in December 2013.

If that doesn't inspire us, I don't know what will!
